Harvested the same day as FSA-01, and from the same area within Colibrí, this lot was a selection of cherries intended to showcase the florality and brightness that Colibrí is capable of, focusing more on fresh yellow fruit notes.

| Process Description: | The cherries for this lot were harvested from Colibrí at 2026 MASL on March 25, 2025, carefully washed and meticulously selected. Once selected, they were taken to African beds to begin the drying process, where they remained until reaching approximately 17% humidity after 15 days. They were then transferred to the darkroom to complete the final drying, achieving a stable moisture content of 10.5%. |
