Part of a trio of coffees, FSA-09 was harvested from Estación on April 10 and this particular lot was finished as a washed coffee. It has all of the eloquence and power of high-grown Geisha that one could hope for, with ripe pineapple and sweet brown sugar playing equal parts.

| Process Description: | Cherries from Estación at 2090 MASL were carefully harvested on April 10, 2025 and washed to remove impurities and floaters. After pulping, the beans underwent a 36-hour dry fermentation, followed by a thorough washing to ensure the complete removal of mucilage. They were then taken to African beds for 11 days of pre-drying, before completing their slow and even drying in the darkroom until reaching 10.5% humidity. |
