The second of three coffees harvested in Estación on April 10, FSA-010 was harvested and processed as a natural to highlight sweet ripe and candied fruit.

| Process Description: | The cherries for this lot were harvested from Estación at 2090 MASL on April 10, 2025, carefully washed and meticulously selected. Once selected, they were taken to African beds to begin the drying process, where they remained until reaching approximately 17% humidity after 16 days. They were then transferred to the darkroom to complete the final drying, achieving a stable moisture content of 10.5%. |
