This lot was harvested on the last day of April, at the tail end of the peak of the harvest. From Torcaza, FSA-18 was processed slightly differently than FSA-06, spending more time drying on African beds and less time in the dark room. The result is a profile that differs slightly from that earlier lot (yellow fruits), showing both tropical fruit as well as watermelon and red fruits.

| Process Description: | The cherries for this lot were harvested from Torcaza at 2026 MASL on April 30, 2025, carefully washed and meticulously selected. Once selected, they were taken to African beds to begin the drying process, where they remained until reaching approximately 12% humidity after 30 days. They were then transferred to the darkroom to complete the final drying, achieving a stable moisture content of 10.5%. |
